The Library, as the center of knowledge in Life University (LU), is the provider of information in print materials to meet the needs of the students and the institution in general. Its services are geared towards the new educational methods and varied program. The primary purpose of the library is to provide references and equip the LU academic community specifically its students and faculty with the materials needed for research. The library should also provide materials to meet the recreational and different interest needs of its students and at the same time serve as a catalyst for their advancement and in the pursuit of quality education that the university offers.
The library is situated on the same floor where the administration office and the classrooms are located with over 50,000 books and periodicals.
It consists of several readers’ services section such as Business, Encyclopedias, General References, General Serials, History, Medical, Religion, Commentaries, Special Collections and more.
The library hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
All books are available to the students for a period of two weeks and are renewable for additional time if no other students reserve them.
LU staffs are very accommodating and helpful for everyone’s needs. They are always in the library area to maintain and preserve the books and also to document and archive the library materials.
